Webinar Description

Twist Bioscience’s proprietary semiconductor-based synthetic DNA manufacturing process featuring a high-throughput silicon platform offers precision at a scale unavailable anywhere else. The innovative method of DNA production enables the manufacture of high-quality synthetic DNA, enabling customers to accelerate success.

The Twist NGS Methylation Detection System provides a robust, end-to-end sample preparation solution for identifying methylated regions in the human genome. The workflow employs a unique enzymatic process from New England Biolabs® that is much less damaging to DNA, alongside Twist‘s Custom Methylation Panel design. Whether you are investigating cellular differentiation or screening liquid biopsies for cancer, the system offers the most efficient methylation detection available.

In this webinar you will learn…

  • Advantages of enzymatic conversion using the unique enzymatic process from New England Biolabs®
  • Benefits of the Twist pre-capture conversion probe design approach
  • Twist NGS Methylation Detection System workflow's applicability to clinically relevant sample types
  • How the workflow leads to increased confidence in methylated-base calls
