Comprehensive identification of multiple respiratory viruses, including SARS-CoV-2, in a single assay

Streamlined discrimination of pathogens and co-infections using the Twist Respiratory Virus Research Panel and One Codex analysis platform

Date & Time

Webinar Description

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the urgent need for genomic tools that can accurately and fully characterize samples, allowing the identification of pathogens that present with varied and often similar symptoms.

Using the Twist Respiratory Virus Research Panel, researchers can now detect and discriminate between a comprehensive range of respiratory pathogens, including SARS-CoV-2. Together with the web-based One Codex analysis platform, the Respiratory Virus Panel provides a simple and reliable solution for routine characterization of respiratory pathogens.

In this webinar you will…
  • Learn how whole genome sequencing provides comprehensive pathogen characterization, enabling monitoring of viral transmission and evolution to enhance public health response.
  • See data revealing how multiple pathogens can be detected in the same sample (co-infection) from as little as 100 viral copies per virus.
  • Discover more about the design of the panel, which enables comprehensive characterization of 29 common human respiratory viruses.
  • See how the web-based One Codex analysis platform provides intuitive, streamlined reporting with publication-ready visualizations.
