Demystifying End-to-End DNA Sequencing Solutions

Tuesday, June 28th, 2022

8 am PST | 11am EST | 5pm CEST

Webinar Description

Targeted DNA sequencing allows for rapid and deep sequencing with a focus on specific regions of interest; however, library preparation is only a part of this overall process. In this webinar, we will discuss our end-to-end next-generation sequencing solutions in greater detail, with an emphasis on targeted DNA sequencing, including custom targeted panels and whole exome sequencing solutions. We will also outline complementary approaches to confirm and validate downstream results.

In this webinar you will:
  • Gain a greater understanding of targeted DNA-sequencing and its benefits
  • Learn about Twist’s scalable target enrichment solutions that combine customization and content flexibility with maximized sequencing efficiency
  • Explore how researchers can design their own custom panel to sequence more deeply and more efficiently into their regions, genes and organisms of interest
