The same sequences were ordered from Twist and Integrated DNA Technologies, Inc. (IDT) for genes of various lengths, and the genes were then cloned and transformed. Colonies were then picked and sequenced using NGS. The data represent the average error rate across the given sequences in each set for Twist Gene Fragments, eBlocks, and gBlocks. The results indicate an average of 2-fold reduction in error rate, or 2-fold greater accuracy in sequence fidelity for Twist Gene Fragments over gBlocks.
